The 4th President of Republic of Palau(1993-2001), won WPPAC`s Harvester`s Prize in the category of the Head of State, for the democratization and stability of the Palau Republic and preserving natures. The Awarding Ceremony was held at the Presidential Palace on the date of Oct. 1~4th, 1997 in the presence of WPPAC Judges. Wherein the formation Resolution of the World Peace Congress was adopted and signed by the preparatory members in presence crowd peace workers.
