Incumbent, President of Republic of Tajikistan won WPPAC`s Harvester`s Prize in the category of the Head of State, for establishment of the democratic government and for the excellent moderation on the border line disputes in Central Asia. The Awarding Ceremony was held at the National Guest House Conference Hall of Tajikistan on the date of Sept. 9th, 2000 in the presence of WPPAC Judges.
