Politician, Social Worker, peasant movement activist, Former Minister of Department of Agriculture and Forestry, Incumbent is five-term Member of the National Assembly, Republic of Korea, won WPPAC`s Main Prize in the category of Politics & Economics, for devotion to the democratization of Republic of Korea and for helping the farming-fishery people. The Award Ceremony was held at Korean National Assembly Conference Room on the date of Jul. 4th, 2000 in the presence of WPPAC Judges, wherein the Judges WPPAC have declared the formation of World Peace Congress by the WPPAC Judge, Dr. Suzi P. Leggett which was agreed on October 1~4, 1997 in the Republic of Palau.
