The Incumbent chief justice of Republic of the Philippines Won WPPAC`s Main Prize in the category of Jurisprudence, for achievement in his efforts in cleaning up the corruption and disparity of the country through the Moral Force Movement setting new standard of the morality of the Philippines. H.E. Dr. Reynato S.Puno is being called the conscience of the country by the Philippine people. The Award Ceremony was held at the Hilton Hotel, Seoul, Korea, on the date of Oct. 22nd, 2008 in the presence of WPPAC Judges.
